You’ll stay in a spacious, private 2BR guest suite (4½ bachelor unit) on the first floor of our cottage, featuring: • 2 Queen bedrooms • 1 bathroom with bath & shower • Kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, small grill, induction top – no stove) • Cozy living room with Fire Stick for streaming • Outdoor BBQ & year-round Sundance spa • Fast WiFi for remote work Plan meals around pre-prepared dishes, fondues, cheese & charcuteries, or grilled meats. 🐾 One small dog (under 20 lbs) is welcome for an extra fee ($), but must not be left alone in the unit. Your private entrance and parking (plowed in winter) ensure a seamless stay. Enjoy 22,000 sq. ft. of land, where you can walk, listen to the soothing river stream, bask in the sun, and take in the changing foliage for hours. We live with our dog, Charles, and you may see us around the property during our long walks. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire first-floor guest suite with: ✔ Separate entrance & private parking (plowed in winter) ✔ 2 Queen bedrooms & 1 bathroom ✔ Kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, induction top & small grill) ✔ Living room with Fire Stick for streaming ✔ Outdoor BBQ & year-round Sundance spa The 22,000 sq. ft. property is yours to explore—walk the grounds, listen to the river stream, and enjoy the beautiful nature around you. 🔹 Please note: This is the first floor of our cottage, not the full home. We live upstairs but respect your privacy. Other things to note • No loud music after 9 PM outdoors & no parties allowed. Violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund. • No unregistered visitors—only guests listed on the reservation are permitted unless approved in advance. • No smoking inside & no illegal drugs on the property. • Spa water is professionally maintained. If the water turns green due to misuse, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged for draining and refilling. • Love horseback riding? Several equestrian schools nearby offer lessons and trail rides. • Snowshoeing in winter?
