Please clean up pet waste promptly and dispose of it in the pink bin by the lakehouse or the small bin near the cottage. Smoking: No smoking inside or near the cottage. Dispose of cigarette butts in the firepit. Parties & Extra Guests: No parties allowed. Unauthorized guests or gatherings will incur a $200 cleaning fee and may result in immediate removal. Please respect our neighbors. Illegal Substances: Use of illegal drugs will result in authorities being contacted and immediate removal from the property. Microwave Use: Only microwave-safe items allowed—no couch pillows (yes, it’s happened!). Septic System: Only flush biodegradable products. Improper use may result in charges. Housekeeping: Your cleaning fee includes full cleaning with fresh linens and towels. Daily or weekly service is not provided but may be available for an extra fee. Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM.
