Other things to note ☒ No Drugs, No Smoking allowed on property ☒ No Pets allowed ☹ ☒ Creekside Airstream and Barn Airstream not available for guest use unless separately booked Guests need to be aware that the entire area is vulnerable to wild fires. OUTDOOR FIRES OF ANY KIND ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. NO EXCEPTIONS! This cottage has a sensitive septic system. Please do NOT flush anything down the toilet besides your #1 and #2s - not even “flushable” items! This cottage has no dishwasher. Please clean up dishes after use. Refunds are not given due to poor weather conditions or change in dates outside of the cancellation period. If you book with us during winter months please be prepared for winter conditions. Please kindly respect our neighborhood and keep volume within the cottage and property - excessive noise volume and disturbance will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave and forfeit reservation (no refund given). Pls be advised that cellular reception is quite poor at the property. AT&T signal inside the cottage is OK via antenna signal boost. T-mobile, Verizon, Sprint reception is poor. 3 Arlo exterior cameras and doorbell cam on property for safety and peace of mind - viewing driveway, entryway, metal barn. No interior cameras.
