Studio at the foot of the slopes, private parking

25 m2 studio with balcony, located on the first floor, is at the foot of the slopes and the chairlift (summer, winter) a stone's throw from the center with valley side view and sunset. You can comfortably occupy it with 4 or 6 people with a double bunk bed 120 X 190 separated from the living room (new bedding) + Sofa bed 120 x 190. Sheets are not provided. Cleaning is optional (30 euros). You also have a private parking space and a ski locker on the ground floor. The space - An entrance with a mountain corner containing a bunk bed for 4 people (new bedding) with storage for suitcases underneath, separated by a partition with the living area and a sofa bed (2 people) in this living area with pillows and blankets. - An equipped kitchen containing a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob (2 burners), coffee machine (Senseo), oven and microwave combination, large volume dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue machine, waffle and croque monsieur machine, pancake machine, toaster and kettle. Storage and kitchen utensils (tea towels are not provided) - TV - A dining area (table + chairs) and an outdoor table and chairs - A bathroom (large shower, sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and washing machine) - Separate toilet. - Housekeeping essentials (broom, dustpan, mop, vacuum cleaner) Guest access Pedestrian station, private parking for our studio Other things to note A person present at the station will give you the keys and will do the entry and exit inventory. Please do not forget the linens (mentioned above) because I do not live in the resort, it will be impossible for me to provide them to you.
