Kayaks and paddle boards are encouraged. During summer months, I am usually available on site when needed. During fall, winter, spring, I am rarely available in person. I am always available by phone. McKee's Beach is a community of about 100 homes on Puget Sound. There are multiple community access points to the beach, and a small park with sport court, swing set and large, grassy field. This community is perfect for kids to ride bikes or scooters and beach comb. There are miles of beach for walking, a paved trail adjacent to the entry road in the woods for hiking, and is 1/2 mile from Kayak Point Regional Park, with a large play structure. Easy, open parking. Access to beach (50 yards) and park (200 yards) easiest by walking or biking. In total, there are 12 feet of wall mounted hanging rods and 2 dressers. There are no closets. The nearest large grocery store is 15 minutes away in Stanwood. There is a steep hill accessing the community, which is at risk of temporary closure during unusually heavy snow, wind, rain in winter months. That said, the community Home Owners Association is diligent about keeping access open, as there are many full-time residents in this beach community.
