Anna's House

Apartment in a court house, central, bright and equipped with a small private garden and patio. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor, a large loft-style living room with an exposed roof, a balcony, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and sauna. Attached to the house is a boiler room with laundry. The house is convenient for: Malpensa airport 12 km, Fiera Milano 20 km, Milan city center 30 km, LIUC Castellanza University 3 km, Varese 25 km, Lake Maggiore 30 km and Lake Como 32 km. The space House on two floors. Two double bedrooms are located on the first floor (one of the two bedrooms has a Japanese "tatami" bed, a low and very comfortable bed). A third storage room (near the two bedrooms) serves mainly as an ironing area. A full bathroom is located on the second floor, near the rooms. A second bathroom (without shower) is located on the ground floor, near the kitchen. The living room is very spacious, equipped with a desk and loft, with an additional work area. The piano is available for guests' use. The kitchen is also a dining area. It is equipped with everything and complete with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. The house has an outdoor laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. The room is for the exclusive use of guests. It is located on the right side of the entrance gate (10 steps from the front door). The small garden has a patio with a table and chairs for the exclusive use of guests. In the garden there is also a small pond for goldfish (it is not a swimming pool). These animals were all saved from at-risk situations, as they used to be in small containers that were not suitable for them. We did not purchase them from any pet store. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house, the laundry room, and the garden for patio use. There is a small pond for goldfish in the garden. The patio can't be used in any way as a car park, even in the winter season. There are many unpaid free parking lots just outside, in Via Landriani and in Piazza S.Stefano. Other things to note The house is adjacent to the main square of the village. All major shops and services are steps away. The church is also very close and the bell tower rings several times a day, especially on Saturdays and Sundays and on holidays.
