The house is 800 m on foot from Vasterival beach. 5 minutes by car from Sainte Marguerite sur Mer and Quiberville beach. 5-minute walk to the forest (Ailly wood and its lighthouse). The house is equipped and safe for children. Warm, comfortable and functional house. Enclosed garden of 2500 m2 with many games (small slide, ping pong table, soccer goals, rackets...). Numerous board games and books. The house is available from Saturday to Saturday. The space 100 m2 house, very well exposed Fully equipped for couples with children/baby (3 bedrooms [in the master bedroom: Emma mattress purchased in 2024: size 180 x 200], 1 bathroom, 1 shower on the ground floor for the return from the beach), TV (Canal+), internet... in a fenced garden (electric gate) and wooded 2500 m2. Covered garage for car. Barbecue. Outdoor games (playhouse, small tractor, slide, soccer goals, racquet games, Molky). Ping pong table, darts. You'll love our place because of everything we provide for a pleasant vacation (games, children's books). The house has a carport, electric gate, alarm. During your stay, we remain available for any questions. Guest access The house has a carport to house the car or your bikes. Other things to note We are a couple with 2 children. We rent our main house, which is why it is very well equipped for a pleasant vacation. We can advise you on lots of family outings (close to the house).
