This former barn located in the center of Azay-le-Rideau, close to its famous castle, was completely renovated and transformed into a group cottage for 12 people classified as Meublé de Tourisme 2*. This cottage is not suitable for parties, evenings, being close to homes. It is mainly dedicated to tourists, families, hikers, cyclists. You can rent bikes from the rental company (and owner of the cottage) adjoining the cottage. The space Spread over two floors by a central staircase, this friendly and warm house offers: On the ground floor, a large room with fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, classic coffee and Senseo, kettle, toaster), living room with TV and Bouygues TV channels, free fiber wifi), dining area. It is possible to store your bikes in the adjoining laundry (washing machine and dryer). On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms: => Bedroom 1 : 1 single bed 90x200 and 2 bunk beds 90x200, => Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds 90x200 and 2 bunk beds 90x200 and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. A second bathroom is located on the landing with basin, shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor,, 2 bedrooms: => Bedroom 3 : 3 single beds 90x200 => Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds 90x200. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. A third bathroom is on the landing with sink, shower and toilet to share between the two bedrooms Nearby you will find free parking spaces (some with blue disc) or paid parking spaces. Guest access Access to the house is autonomous by a code communicated the day before your arrival. However, we remain at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you if needed and inform you. Other things to note Bed linen/ toilet is included in the rate (1 bed kit + 1 bath sheet per person + 2 tea towels and bath mats) and is provided according to the number of tenants.
