Designed for family summer vacations, this 200 m² contemporary villa allows you to fully enjoy a quiet stay, with a heated pool, Jacuzzi, terrace, large living spaces, and summer evenings spent outdoors. Located in a peaceful residential area, with no neighbors overlooking, the house is just 15 minutes from downtown La Rochelle and 10 minutes from the beaches of Châtelaillon-Plage. The space The main house includes: - a large bright living room open to the garden - a large fully equipped kitchen - a laundry room - an air-conditioned master suite upstairs with a walk-in closet, private bathroom and a terrace-office with an unobstructed view (1 double bed 160 cm) - 3 bedrooms (3 single beds) with a shower room and toilet. An adjoining independent studio completes the complex with a double bedroom (1 140 cm bed) and its own shower room. Outside, everything is designed to fully enjoy the sunny days: - Heated pool - Jacuzzi - pool house and plancha - terrace and outdoor dining area - deckchairs - enclosed garden, not overlooked - children's games - trampoline The large indoor and outdoor spaces allow you to spend time indoors/outdoors throughout the day, in a calm and friendly atmosphere. The house also has: - sheets and towels provided - fiber internet - private parking on the property - equipment that enables responsible energy consumption thanks to solar panels. The pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th and remains accessible all year round depending on the weather. The Jacuzzi is available year-round. The house is particularly suitable for families looking for comfort, tranquility and space for a stay of several days or several weeks during the summer. Between beaches, bike rides, day trips to the islands of Ré, Oléron or Aix, and exploring La Rochelle and the coastal villages, the region offers an ideal setting for alternating days of relaxation and discovery throughout the stay. Guest access Possibility to park 2 vehicles inside the property. Additional parking spaces available in the subdivision (free of charge). The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note A cat is present in the house and vacationers are just asked to feed it (food provided).
