Upstairs offers three spacious BRs, main bathroom & ensuite in the master room. Not to mention its desirable location near Hyde /Beatty Park,cafes/restaurants along Angove Street &3km to CBD. The space Welcome to our place in North Perth, situated in a quiet yet wide lane way with access at two ends. With spacious tandem parking it can accomodate up to two cars/a car with a trailer(two cars can be parked on property). Please note to use tandem parking at all times if you have two cars. You will have the entire house to yourself and there is no sharing. The house itself is surrounded by matured trees blooming with fragrant flowers all year round that ensures guests can unwind on arrival. A neat and well paved garden provides a great spot for outdoor setting which takes your relaxation to the next level. Inside you will be welcomed by a spacious , free flowing and open plan dining and living area with a soft touch of comfy sofas, wooden floor and other decorations to emphasise Nature. A spacious modern kitchen, equipped with cooking top, oven, microwave , kettle and many other appliances ensure you have the space and gears to cook your desired meals. Upstairs there is a newly renovated bathroom and ensuite, in addition to three spacious bed rooms. The bathroom has a bath tub to ensure a pleasant stay. There are three toilets in the house: one downstairs, and two are upstairs with one of them part of ensuite. ***There are three queen sized beds (one in each bedroom) for up to six guests. ***You can request the sofa bed to get set up but it requires an extra $40/night/person. Free WIFI supported by 5G offers a faster speed to browse the internet. Two TVs would help keep our guests entertained; puzzles and books would entertain the young ones while an onsite high chair, cot and changing table (both are free of charge and available by request)would assist parents caring for little ones. We are not only offering enhanced cleaning but also use healthy cleaning products. **We provide an ample supply of tea, instant coffee/coffee capsules, lactose free milk and instant breakfast for a pleasant start of your day...for those who love making their own coffee please use the coffee capsules and the coffee machine provided at your pleasure.
