This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”. The space The “Guest Studio” is located on the first floor and comprises of a large main room with a double bed, sofa & armchair, table & 4 chairs. As well as a VERY good desk space. The bathroom with shower, basin & WC is off the main room. The compact kitchen is located on the ground floor. This has a fridge, 2 ring electric hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster as well as cutlery, crockery & cooking equipment. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer for your private use also. Guest access There is a bistro table & chairs for use outside. You are also welcome to use the garden immediately in front of the Studio. There are also 2 garden chairs to sun yourselves weather permitting ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Other things to note The “Guest Studio” is situated at the end of our long drive, which is gated & requires a code to enter.
