The space This cottage is perfect for a couple or family that wants a complete retreat, two couples that want to share a private weekend, or two families that want rooming options for adults and kids with lots of outdoor space to run and play. The cottage is a completely separate dwelling that is connected via one LOCKED inside doorway to the main house. The cottage has its own entrance, front porch, back patio, but it does share the driveway, parking and the 27 acres of barn and pasture with the main house. MAIN FLOOR: -The cottage has its own entrance with a private front porch. The front door opens to a large living room full of windows overlooking the pastures and mountains from all directions. -The large open eat-in kitchen is fully appointed with all the cooking utensils you need and plenty of space to make your next amazing meal. The farm dining table seats up to 8 people. -Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV room, with a large 40inch internet-connected TV and cozy nook whose double glass doors open up to a dining deck. -The Master Bedroom is down the hall with its luxurious en suite bath and four poster queen pillow-top bed. - A half bath and full laundry room round out the main floor. SECOND FLOOR: -Up a flight of stairs are the remaining two bedrooms and full bath. -The first bedroom has a full four poster bed, antique dresser and closet. -The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, full bed with a twin trundle, dresser and closet. Guest access Guests have parking access on the property and can freely walk around the property - visiting the horses and barn as long as they take caution to remain on the other side of the fence from the horses and not open any gates. Other things to note The family in the main house has three kids. While the cottage is completely apart from the main house, you may see the kids outside or hear them playing. Please note that for the comfort and allergy needs of all our guests we do not allow pets.
