A great place to host family and friends while visiting Yosemite. The gated community features many amenities including 3 public beaches, a fishing cove, an 18 hole public championship golf course, an equestrian center, tennis courts, pickle ball, nearby hiking trails, and more. The space This is a great home to entertain family and friends. With over 2800 square feet of indoor living area, a large deck with fire pit, garage turned game room, and two outdoor patios. The focal point of the home is the great room with its soaring wood and beam ceiling, a comfy leather sectional, a 75" smart TV with all your favorite apps, a pellet stove, and an enclosed bar with seating area. The floor plan includes 3 master king suites and a large bunk room sleeping area. The cabin is presently set up to sleep 10 guests in beds, and 2 more in a sleeper sofa. The lower level suite includes a full bath, private living room (with sleeper sofa), and a patio featuring a custom outdoor table. The kitchen features large counter tops, electric stove/oven, a coffee bar with Cuisinart dual pot/K-cup maker, an espresso maker so you can craft your favorite coffee drink (latte, cappuccino, americano, macchiato), and a pass through breakfast bar that is open to the great room. All new appliances including a refrigerator that makes craft ice balls that are great for drinks! Adjacent to the kitchen, is a separate dining room open to the great room. When you are ready to unwind, grab your favorite beverage, head out to the large deck and light-up the fire pit. Can you hear the whispering pines? Kids? How can you unwind when you have kids to chase around? We've got you covered! Just send them to the game room garage complete with 2 full size arcade games with thousands of classic games (pac man, donkey kong, frogger, street fighter, golden tee and more). We also have a ping pong table, air hockey, a 55" TV, corn hole boards, darts, and more. We have many board games and puzzles onsite for some family fun time, or send the kids downstairs to enjoy some PS5. Movie nights are a must here. Choose a great movie on demand or on DVD and crank up the fire. Our 75" smart TV and surround sound system is a great way to cap off the night. This very unique mountain cabin is set back on a 1.15 acre treed lot with a lot to explore. On our property, you'll find a fun zipline, tree swing, and tree house for the kids. Just across the street from our house is the entrance to Big Creek trail, which is great for a short hike or dog walk. Guest access Pine Mountain Lake is a popular vacation destination for families that are traveling to Yosemite. Our gated community offers a variety amenities available to guests, including the lake itself, a championship golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, gun and archery range, hiking trails and more. Therefore, the HOA charges $50 (subject to change) per car per week, and additional fees may apply to some amenities like golf and tennis to subsidize all these great amenities. Payments taken at the security guard gate - not by us. Other things to note If you are planning to travel to Yosemite, please check their website to see if they require reservations. Since the pandemic, they have implemented a reservation system for peak periods, and many holidays throughout the year. Groveland is a cute little town just outside the gated community with several great places to eat, a few great places to shop, and be sure to stop at The Iron Door Saloon, California's oldest continuously operating bar.
