The space Welcome to Villa Lazuel, a warm and spacious family home of 110 m², designed to accommodate young and old in a peaceful setting. On the ground floor you will find a large bright living room with a cozy seating area, ideal for relaxing with the family. The open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle) opens to the dining room for convivial moments. The house has two large bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, offering up to 3 beds, perfect for children or a group. The other bedroom, on the ground floor, offers a large, comfortable double bed. Two bathrooms with shower are available, including one attached to the upstairs bedroom with built-in toilet. A second separate toilet is on the ground floor, and an outdoor bathroom with toilet completes the set for extra comfort on days at the pool or garden. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay even in hot weather. The walled garden is a safe space where children can play freely, while three furnished terraces offer spaces to relax, sunbathe on the sunbeds or enjoy alfresco meals. The private heated pool, 14 meters long, is a real asset to cool off and relax throughout the season. It is heated from April to October if the weather permits. You'll also get high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking on premises, a washing machine, a dryer, and a garage on request. Villa Lazuel is a real family cocoon in the heart of Ardèche, just a few minutes from the center of Aubenas. You can easily explore the typical villages, local markets, hiking trails, rivers and enjoy the many nature and cultural activities that the area offers. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire house, enclosed garden, terraces, and heated pool. Private parking is available on-site, with several reserved spaces, as well as a closed garage on request. Check-in is done independently with a lockbox, with all detailed instructions sent before your stay. We remain available by message or phone for any questions or needs during your stay, while respecting your peace of mind.
