Our charming three-sided farm is located on the edge of the small village of Rieth, just a few steps away from the Rieth natural harbor and the idyllic swimming area. The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history. On the other side you will find the dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a double door to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. Between the two living areas are the bathroom on the first floor and the gallery-like stairs to the upper floor. The two double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The lake-facing blue lake room offers picturesque views of the lagoon. The green garden room, on the other hand, opens to the courtyard and garden and has its own bathroom. Here you can relax wonderfully and unwind. The completely fenced courtyard and garden area of the Seevogelhof offers two covered terraces where you can enjoy the time depending on the time of day and sun position.
