Explore hip, historic Kingston from our perch! Aerie is a separate apartment (its own entrance!) in a 3-family Victorian home that, up to our renovation, was owned by one family since 1900. Enjoy luxury linens, a 50” smart tv, comfy furniture, stocked kitchen, original details. Sleep well on a country-quiet road, 5 mins from Stockade/Rondout restaurants, shops, trails. The space What’s special about the Kingston Aerie: This Airbnb is licensed by the City of Kingston, license # 008826. Perched above the home’s side and back gardens, and outfitted with vintage finds and art, you’ll enjoy: • Two bedrooms with quality-brand mattresses, high-end linens and all the comforts of home. One is a cozy fit with a full-size bed, the other has plenty of space with a queen bed. • A charming full kitchen with original cast-iron sink, sit-down table. Open the cupboards for a colorful surprise of vintage Fiestaware! • Living room with comfy couch, armchairs and 50-inch smart TV. • Original cast-iron bath with subway tile and fluffy towels (and plenty of them!). • In the warm-weather months, room and split air conditioning keeps the entire apartment comfy. Warm throws, plush comforters and excellent heating make it a wonderful cool-weather retreat. • Quality coffee and tea selections, sweeteners, milk, and kitchen basics (flour, sugar, oil, spices, etc.), as well as shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. • Convenient, keyless access. • Free high-speed wif-fi (500 Mbps) • Ample and free street parking. • Access to the backyard garden; bear with us as this is a work in progress, but we unearthed a bluestone patio if you want to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee outside. We have taken the enhanced cleaning pledge, which is reflected in our Airbnb cleaning fee. Please note the entire fee goes to our housecleaners and we pay a living wage. Please also note the Aerie requires a walk up an external staircase and is not suitable for those with physical challenges. Other things to note You have the place to yourself, but Aerie is in a 120-year old building with other (quiet!) folks in two other apartments. Please be considerate with your comings and goings, and your music and television, especially during the hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Additional rules: • No candles, open flames, incense or smoking of any kind (including vaping). You are welcome to smoke outside in the backyard (NOT on the porch), but please make sure you step away from the home’s windows, or that there are no other guests in the backyard who may be disturbed by your smoking. • No pets of any kind. • The apartment is reasonably safe for children but is not childproofed for babies or toddlers. It’s perfect for school-age children and up. Please keep an eye on younger ones. • We are not comfortable with booking the apartment for film crews. Registration Details 008826
