Relax in this spacious, cozy with lux undertones, room that gets golden sunlight when sun sets. Blackout curtains, several USB chargers, spacious closet, desk and chair, queen bed. Heating and cooling is set by the guest with a remote control to individual preference. The space Easy freeway access, 10 miles to downtown. Free street parking, mind fire hydrants and sidewalks. Guest access Shared bathroom- the guests in two adjacent rooms share full bath. Please rinse bathtub after each shower. Laundry use after 7 days of stay. One load per week, $5 per load, make payment before starting laundry. Light kitchen use, please and thank you. This means reheating food, making coffee/tea, sandwiches/salads. Not frying, baking and making sauces. Kitchen and Laundry hours are 9 am to 10 pm. During your stay I’m available by phone, text, email and, most of the time, in person. Other things to note If you’re allergic to cats, I want to make you aware I have a young kitty who sticks pretty much to my spaces. He doesn’t get on the counters and the house does not smell like cats. Even with allergies it shouldn’t bother you but no guarantee.
