Welcome to our generous, light-filled home, just minutes from 3 ski slopes. Our home offers a wide array of nearby seasonal activities; skiing, hiking, golfing, zip lines, lakes, vineyards & more. This historical property was built in the early 1800's as School House. Now it caters to families with little ones. You can enjoy a hot meal together at the large kitchen table/tell stories by the cozy fire pit/place. We are also Fido friendly. We offer our guests a lot & just ask you respect our home. The space The focal point of our home is the large, bright kitchen and dining table that opens out to a large central living space. The four bedrooms border the central living spaces on all sides. We offer a large children's bedroom with two complete twin bunk beds (four beds) and two bedrooms with queen beds. The last bedroom is a king bed with space for a pack n play (we supply so you don’t have to) and a changing table with many baby accessories. Please feel free to ask for our complete childcare needs before bringing your own. There are two bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms. There is also a deck overlooking two acres of private yard with fire pit and play set for the kids. We also have 5 cameras recording 24/7 for your security and the security of the property. Cameras are located facing away from the home, at every entrance. *Enjoy our new additions! Game room with a kids corner, pool, ping pong, foosball, seating area with tv and Nintendo Switch! Our new hot tub also accommodates up to 6 people. This is serviced before and after each guest. *For special events, please contact us for information. *AC units are only in windows between the months of mid June-end of September then removed *Outdoor Furniture is winterized for the months of November - April. Grill is also winterized but can be used if needed (please just clean after use and recover to prevent any damage). *Wood for the fireplace is located in the brown bin on the side porch against the rails. Flu is always open so please do not touch Guest access You need a car in Elka Park and to get around the Catskill Mountains. The only level that will be accessible will be the main floor until basement is complete. Please be sure to read our house rules carefully to ensure the proper fit for your booking. Other things to note We love dogs and do charge a small fee up to 2 dogs. *Guests are welcome to visit, however, there can not be more than the 10 registered guests booked, staying over. If there is a situation that this may happen, please notify your host. *As far as events, please contact the host. We are not apposed to events however, they must be discussed with host. *Hot Tub is for 6 people only. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE ALLOWED IN, FOR THE PROTECTION OF THEIR HEALTH *Please be sure to read our policies and rules section thoroughly as you will be asked if you agree to it for your booking to be approved
