Apartment with two rooms in the Kłodzka Valley

The property is located in the village of Żelazno, halfway between Kłodzko and Bystrzyca Kłodzka. We offer a charming two-storey apartment with a separate entrance, with an area of 70m2, for a maximum of 2 to 5 people. On the ground floor there is a hall with a wardrobe with hangers and a shoe bench. Up the stairs with 11 steps you enter the first floor with available rooms: a bedroom and a living room with a dining room, air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchenette (..) and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The space Brzozowisko, as shown in the pictures, is a living room with three beds, i.e. a sofa (fold-out) and two beds with bico-flex and Jysk mattresses. You can also relax on a comfortable sofa. The bedroom consists of two wooden beds with Dreamzone mattresses, as well as two bedside cabinets with lamps. The room is complemented by colorful bedding and towels. Guest access We offer free parking on the property. The gate is closed with a remote control available to guests. Guests can access the property on their own for various reasons by using the lockbox - a box mounted at the front door. I would like to add that dear guests have the opportunity to come with pets, however, a cleaning and disinfection fee of PLN 10 per animal per night is charged. Other things to note The layout of the apartment is a bedroom (2 beds) and a living room with a kitchenette, so the minimum number of guests to rent the apartment is 2 people, while the maximum is 5 people. The apartment is a multi-storey apartment with a staircase. We provide a place to store bicycles. Winter equipment can be stored in the lobby on the ground floor. I would like to add that dear guests have the opportunity to come with pets, however, a cleaning and disinfection fee of PLN 10 per animal per night is charged.
