Lighting/USB sockets all 12V from self installed solar power system + mains grid-tie solar: Now w/ bedside mains and an EU socket! Green area to front & ample parking. Woods to rear & local recreation area near by. 15min walk to town. 18min walk to bus/train stations. Buses; no 17 & 12 to area. Local (1min) Chinese takeaway & grocery shop. 18yr+ guests only. The space A techie house with lots of LED lighting and motion sensors, all run from a self installed 12V solar photovoltaic system. Rain water collection for downstairs toilet use. Good sized room with a microwave oven, small clothes hanger, iron & ironing board. Dresser with chairs and mirror. Guest access Electronic front door lock. Bedroom with door lock. Hallway access to bathroom. Lower stairs to hallway and corridor to front door. Shoe rack for outdoor shoes by front door. No Airbnb 'services' are to be ordered to my home.
