The main sits on the front of the property and the guest loft is over the garage which does require the renter to climb stairs. This unit is private, has a king bed, private bathroom, SmarTV, free wifi/internet, stocked mini fridge and all the basic necessities for short term stays. This unit does have access to laundry services but does not have a kitchen (has a microwave, Keurig, toaster and paper/plastic products). The property is fenced and secure. The loft is cozy and private. Guests will have full access to the rented space! I am always available for any questions or directions and food recommendations. I have no problem texting or talking on the phone. Pacific is a highly sought after safe neighborhood with unique well kept homes. This area is near Sky Lakes Medical Center and Oregon Institute of Technology. There is public transportation near this home. There are restaurants and entertainment within walking distance to this loft.
