This very well located property is close to Liverpool Street, Tower Bridge and Aldgate which is the fringe of The City east side and all about 20 minutes walk down the road. Also, close to Whitechapel and Canary Wharf, the modern financial center of London. . You’ll love my place because of the location, right outside Shadwell station and because of the mix of outdoor spaces with busy markets on the north side of Shadwell and beautiful pubs, parks, walks and the river Thames on the south side.. The space The flat is far from new since the blocks of Shadwell Gardens are nearly 100 year old pre-war buildings. We compensate for this, by keeping the whole place immaculately clean. The very clean shared spaces come with basics like tissue, shower gel and hand wash. This one like all our other rooms, comes ready with towels and bed linen. This spacious room is bright, fully furnished and very clean indeed in spite of being so dated. It comes ready for any length of stay and any trip purpose. Also, perfect for business travelling with plenty of storage, fitted wardrobe and study space with a desk and chairs. In spite of its location right outside the station, any noise is minimum since the trains stop between midnight and six a m. Also, the windows are double glazed. The atmosphere of the flat is very relaxed and peaceful and the windows of the room overlook the main paths of the estate and the side of the entrance to the tube station. Guest access This listing is a private room that can accommodate two people. It comes with a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet as part of the communal areas which are to be shared with another two airbnb guests. During your stay I check in my guests personally, live next door and make sure I'm always available and within reach on wassap or airbnb. Always happy to help, guide and inform as the guest requires. Other things to note -The reservation stands strictly for the number of guests in the booking (generally one). No other person is expected to come into the listing for any length of time without previous arrangement. Choosing to do this without previous communication and approval will result in the full extra guest charge being applied and immediate cancellation of the booking. -The check in is to be arranged in advance and preferably from the moment of the booking. Check ins outside the check in window may be considered in some circumstances . The check in window must be taken into account at the moment of placing the reservation and the arrival details into London with landing time and airport/station are expected in order for us to work out the arrival time. -The booking message is expected to include the purpose of trip and arrival details as mentioned above in order for a check in to be arranged with enough anticipation. No later than two days in advance. - The listing doesn't include the use of the address for postal services. If this is required, there is a fee and previous arrangements are to be made.. -The house rules listed on that section are not optional but the very base of the reservation. These are there to make the booking work for everyone and are expected to be followed and implemented at all times. -The cancellation policy is strict so, early departures may be taken into account for a partial refund if there's at least one week difference.
