Excellent location for fishing, tubing & kayaking onsite. 20 mins to downtown Blue Ridge, 10 mins to downtown McCaysville & downstream from Lake Blue Ridge The space Beautiful mountain house with all the upgrades, so you feel right at home! The deck from the house goes out directly to the Toccoa River. It is 10 minutes from downtown McCaysville and 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Fishing, tubing, and kayaking on-site. High speed internet and streaming options from your favorite streaming service on 65 inch flat screens. Guest access Full use of private property, including vacant land to the left of the house, private Toccoa River access, and the land across the street. Other things to note Be ready to relax, recharge, and spend time in the most peaceful place with all the comforts of home. You'll see why it is "Our Happy Place"! Unfortunately, you may not want to leave, but you can always come back! *We are pet friendly, however, there is a 2 pet max for each reservation. There is a $70 one time, non refundable, pet cleaning fee for the first pet and a $120 one time, non refundable, pet cleaning fee if there are 2 pets.* Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods are available. Hand soap is available in all bathrooms. Bath soap and shampoo are not provided. **While many people ask and it IS magical, weddings or large parties are not allowed. The 10 person max is a firm limit on the number of guests allowed on the property.**
