Blue Lemon Bungalow - Quiet Getaway in Town!

Blue Lemon Bungalow is an adorable, newly renovated two bedroom in Bloomington with full living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered. The space The entire newly renovated bungalow is dedicated to our guests. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a large window, and a closet stocked with all the essentials. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two windows, and a stocked closet including an ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Both bedrooms are complete with comfortable TemperPedic mattresses, quality bedding, and remote control ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking essentials. The kitchen also boasts a full size over/under refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven combo. The dining room has an adorable vintage table and chairs and all the makings of a beautiful table setting perfect for a romantic meal. The living room has a full size couch, comfortable area rug, and wall mounted TV. Also in the living room is an intimate game table complete with a small selection of board games. The living and dining room look out on the adorable front porch and the almost three acre green space surrounding the bungalow. The full bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower, a single vanity, and a stack washer and dryer. The front porch has a wicker love seat and chair with removable cushions, a four seater table, a ceiling fan, festoon lighting, and citronella candles to keep the bugs away. Guest access The entire bungalow is devoted to our guests. We offer a stackable washer and dryer that is free for our guests to use. We also provide cooking essentials and a full kitchen for meal preparation. The bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, first aid kit, air freshener, and a variety of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Other things to note We have a fully appointed patio with cheerful festoon lighting, citronella candles, and greenery during the warm seasons. Our patio furniture was recently updated to include comfortable and stylish cushions that we store out of the elements to keep them nice. Our guests will have access to the container where the cushions are stored for use as needed. We also offer a fire pit during the warm seasons so guests may enjoy a drink or meal by the fire. Blue Lemon Bungalow has a large green space including both lawn and wooded areas perfect for walks, a game of frisbee, or playtime for the kids and furry friends. Our guests may also enjoy a walk on Lemon Lane to check out our historic school house - The Hensonburg School. There are no sidewalks in our immediate vicinity, so please watch out for traffic.
