Additional parking in self-pay public lots nearby. Traveling by public transportation is also very convenient as the bus stop is a one minute walk away and the train station, only 7 minutes walk through the charming village. All the villages amenities are very easily accessible from the chalet by foot. 😀 Other things to note ‼️ • The Chalet is located at one of the most sought after viewpoints in the world, which means there are often many tourists in front of the chalet. • The chalet is an old wood structure the guests below will hear you, please be quietly considerate especially after 10:00 p.m. • We have a new laundry room in the chalet, which is app operated and costs CHF 5 per load, per machine. • We are not able to accommodate infants or children under 12 years old. Please do not ask for an exception to this rule, but do check out our child friendly apartment: https://www.airbnb.com/l/UUn7FT9H • The Lauterbrunnen Visitor Tax is included in the nightly rate. • Lost Key Charge: 100 Swiss Francs • We reserve the right to refuse all 3rd party bookings. • The apartment is located in the countryside, so you may come across small harmless things like, bees, ants, wasps, spiders, flies, etc… • The house has a heating system that provides hot water to the radiators throughout the house. In late spring/early summer, the system, which has a thermometer, will prevent heat from being sent to the radiators if the ambient temperature does not go below room temperature. It is an automatic system.
