The Cottage is a semi detached self catering holiday let with 3 bedrooms (one en suite cloakroom) a spacious living room with wood burner and a 55" Smart TV. Bath room with bath and shower & a kitchen with dining area. Outside : Ample parking for several vehicles with EV charge point security camera a shared garden & laundry facilities. Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to the surrounding areas. Car essential as we are semi rural. The space The property is quite spacious, As you enter there is a kitchen to the right with a table and 4 chairs, a fridge, Oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining/cook ware and cutlery. At the end of the hall is the bathroom with a shower and bath tub, to the right of this is the living room with 2 sofas a wood-burner and smart TV and within the room there is a door to the third bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, and a shower room. the bedroom to the left has a double bed with hanging space for clothes and a set of drawers and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single and quite spacious with an adjoining cloakroom toilet with sink, There is hanging space for clothes and It has. Outside there is an Volt share EV pay as you go charger on a reasonable Tariff giving you the flexibility to charge your vehicles with ease through the volt share app or App less (Charge power 7kw Connector type 2). Also Outside there is ample parking and a garden ,with a cabin for laundry if needed. Guest access There is off road parking at the front of the cottage. You can access the laundry cabin via the garden. There are walks close by which take you up to Tangmere air field . Cyclists, check out the lost lanes west sussex. Other things to note The cottage is set in New bury Farm which is a smallholding and is the second of our holiday lets . We have local takeaways which deliver . Basmati Indian Restaurant(closed Tues) Barnham Chinese takeaway closed Mondays and Barnham kebab and Pizza House. Order early for delivery as its usually up to one hour. check out time is 10.30 we have 2 security cameras . one pointing at the drive and parking . The other is a door bell camera bt the side of the cottage
