Round Lake Lodge W/ Pontoon Boat Rental

This modern cottage is nestled in Manistee National Forest with a short walk to your private dock and 150 feet of lake frontage on Round Lake. The space Round Lake is a great fishing, boating and swimming on an all sports lake. Have a boat? Use the public launch and store it at our dock for the duration of your stay or rent our pontoon. This cottage was finished in 2014 and has all modern amenities. The upper lever features a modern kitchen and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, full size refrigerator, dual Keurig coffee maker with single cup or carafe option, a blender, pots and pans and everything you need to make your stay convenient. There is a large island that also has seating for four. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is open to the main living space that has a large sofa, futon and two chairs along with a large flat screen television and access to the back deck. There is an electric fireplace for you to enjoy or use for heat. The back deck faces the national forest and at night you literally can sit back and hear nothing but the sounds of the woods. Beyond the living room, you will find the bathroom with a shower/tub combo, large vanity and updated toilet. There are also two bedrooms. The one hosts a very comfortable queen bed, a futon and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a dresser and in the closet you will find a pack and play for any little ones staying with you on your trip. The lower level has a full bar area with an additional refrigerator. It also hosts a table with 4 chairs next to a well connected board game shelf for playing with your family and friends. It opens up into the living room area where there is a large sectional and another flat screen TV. There is an electric fireplace for you to enjoy or use for heat. The third bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a closet and a dresser for your use as well. The bathroom on the lower level has a shower/tub combo as well. The cottage has a walk out patio on the lower level, with a fireplace with ample seating to the right of the patio. The upper level has two decks. One that you enter the house through that has seating and another that can be used for entertaining with a full patio set that seats 6, a propane grill and an additional seating area. Great place to stay if you are visiting Ludington, Pentwater, Scottville, Custer or anything inbetween. Come visit for the Ludington State Park, Ludington Beaches and especially if you are taking the SS Badger! We are only a 30 minute drive from Manistee, where you will find the Little River Casino. We are 50 minutes to Muskegon. There is a 3 Day Minimum stay throughout the months of July & August. Guest access Year round home with beautiful views for every season. There is a long driveway and parking for up to 3 vehicles comfortably. The closest store is called Fireside and has the essentials you will need. A little further there is a Dollar General and a gas station, Pioneer Party Store in the small town of Branch. Branch also has two restaurants, Emerson Lake Inn and Rendezvous Bar & Grill. A 25 minute drive will bring you to Ludington for anything you’ll need. Hospitals, grocery stores, department stores, restaurants and more! Other things to note Pontoon is available for rent. Rates are: $275 2 Hours $475 6 Hours $975 Full Stay Pontoon will arrive with a full tank and you will need to refill the tank after use.
