The beach trail is just a few steps from your door and leads you through the dune grass trail to overlook the majestic Pacific. There are miles of walking and biking trails through the adjoining state park. The town of Westport offers wonderful casual dining choices from pizzas to the freshest seafoods. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves or explore the town without freezing. The coast is a dynamic place with the changing views and dunes from season to season. You’ll appreciate this bright end unit, no stairs access, and walking out to grass beyond your patio. There’s plenty of seating and bright picture windows here, a desk if you need to spend some time working, and all the TV channels you’ll want for viewing sports and movies. Following a dip in the ocean, warm up with quiet time in your soaking tub. The well-equipped kitchen has updated stainless appliances, and is open to the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families – including games, puzzles, books, movies, plus a pack n play for infant and toddler guests. In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy playfield perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach! Other things to note ***NOTICE: BUILDING 8 ROOF REPLACEMENT 9/8/25-10/15/25*** Please be aware the roof and associated trimwork is scheduled to be replaced on building 8 from September 8th – October 15th, 2025. We do not know the extent of the disturbance this work will cause our guests. Work will be performed between 8am- 5pm, Monday through Friday until complete. Guests who are sensitive to noise or activity happening outside the condo windows may like to choose alternative condos during this period. We apologize that the situation may impact full enjoyment of the condo during working hours, but want to be transparent about conditions which may be present during the day. Discounts or moving to alternate condos can’t be accommodated after arrival.
