Bedroom#3 Close to Weston, MCI: Kitchen

A quiet culdesac in a small town just minutes north of the airport. We are surrounded by lots of trees and a large fenced in backyard. Guests have their own kitchen, dining room and living room and patio with table and chairs and a grill for their own use; these are common areas shared with other Airbnb guests, but not the host family. Guests will be requested an additional $10 per night for every guest whether child or adult, over 2 for each bedroom. The space This is a brick ranch with the basement area dedicated solely to all airbnb guests. The basement area has 2 stairways, one of which has a chair lift for those who need assistance. There is a guest kitchen, dining area, living area and pool table for guest use only. Guest access In addition to the guest kitchen, living room, dining area and pool table, there is also a laundry room with a 1/2 bath that is available for guest use. There is a patio for guests only. The host family has their own deck. During your stay Host can be reached anytime by phone call or text. Other things to note Guests can park anywhere in the large circle driveway as long as they are not blocking any other vehicle. There will be a $20 cleaning fee requested for each stay of 3 to 13 days; $10 for just 1 or 2 days; Long term company (14 days or longer) will be asked for a $20 a week cleaning fee. There will also be a $10 per night added for each additional guest greater than 2 per room.
