On the popular Wally rd. We offer a remote setting on 7.5 acres with private access to the Mohican river. Enjoy your morning coffee on our covered porch then walk down a private path to tranquil views of the river. We are located on the less explored area of the river making this the perfect place to unplug and relax. Adventures are close by, we are located within 2 miles biking trail’s, and the wedding venue. Within 10 miles of the Mohican state park and local canoe liveries. The space Property offers one queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the 3 seasons room. Kitchen offers dishes and cookware, there is no dish washer. A stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave is provided. Full bathroom has a stand up shower. Attached 3 season room offers table and seating area for meals. Covered porch offers grill and patio table. Fast Internet is provided by Starlink! Due to remote location some cellular services might not always get service. The lower section by the river is open and private there’s also a fire ring. We see bald eagles and whitetail deer quite often. Guest access Guests have access to entire 7.5 acres. Gravel driveway provided for parking. Short walk to the river. Parties or Large gatherings are NOT permitted on the property. NO candles or burning of incense Smoking or the use e-cigarettes is NOT permitted in the home. Smoking is permitted outside but please pick up any and all cigarette butts and dispose of them in the trash. Parking is only allowed on the gravel drive way NO ATV’s or UTV’s allowed on the property. WIFI is available, and there’s a Roku on all 3 tv’s. There’s also a DVD player available on the TV in the main room. Please feel free to bring DVD's for your entertainment purposes. Heat and air-condition are available in both the 3 season room and the house. They are separate units run on separate thermostats We work very hard for 5 star reviews and want you to enjoy your stay at our property! Check out Instructions Check out is at 10am Prior to leaving please ensure the following things have been completed: Dishes have been washed, dried and put away All trash has been picked up and trash bags have been placed in large trash can provided outside the house If propane grill was used, please ensure grill and surrounding area has been cleaned Please strip bed and place all used towels and linens in the provided clothes baskets (located in the cabinet in the bathroom). If possible, please place towels in one basket and linens in the other. Upon leaving the property please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
