Cottage, own BBQ and beautiful view of the El Capitan Mtns. Quiet & has its own driveway on gated property. We only allow one guest. Extremely clean, quiet & secure. 2 areas to sleep, 1 in the loft (low ceiling though so you have to bend over if tall) (double bed) & one on a queen-size bed downstairs. We ask all guests to keep the unit clean & quiet. Check out our other Airbnb properties too! The house is for private use. The space This flat has a loft and as such gives a very open feeling. There is a wonderful view with privacy Close to freeways and great restaurants. 20 minutes from Mission Valley and Qualcomm Stadium. There is a HD TV that you can watch Amazon Videos on. Also GoogleTV. Large shower for after your morning jog! The house is very clean and newly constructed. There is a separate patio area with a bbq for your use. Charcoal not included. Guest access You will have access to the pool in warm months and enjoy the 1.25-acre yard and view. If you are in a wheelchair, it is NOT ADA but will work. Please ask before you book to see if it will work for you. Other things to note This is a quiet place and meant to be kept that way. It is fully gated, so it is very safe. We do not allow pets. If you are looking for a long-term rental and this is not available, our place in Julian (40 minutes away) might be available. Please also take a look at our other listed properties on Airbnb. We do not allow overnight guests or guests after 9 p.m. The area is for quiet guests only. No smoking is permitted. There is a place to do laundry about 2 miles away. You are welcome to use our pool during daylight hours. Also, there is a BBQ that you can use.
