Double bedroom with mezzanine level and en-suite

This is a clean and spacious room with an ensuite and a mezannine level containing the TV and sofabed. We are situated about 5 minutes from J20 of the M1 and about 10 minutes from Fosse Park and J21 of the M1. The space You will have your own double bedroom with an en-suite. The bedroom has a european double sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, draws, sofa/sofabed and a TV. The ensuite has a shower, sink with mirror above and toilet which is all solely for the use of the guest in this bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. During your stay I am happy to have a chat with my guests but if they want to be left alone that is ok too. I am available throughout the day either in person or on the phone for any questions. Other things to note We have two friendly Westie dogs, give them abit of a fuss and they are happy. They sleep in our bedroom and unless invited don't go into the other bedrooms in the house. They come to work with me so are not around all of the time.
