Kitchen has stainless appliances along with everything needed for cooking at home or warming up leftovers from Bulls, Harbor View, Radish, Parishes, and the other fantastic restaurants located in Long Beach. Keurig coffee provided along with a welcome basket as it is our goal for you to have the BEST hospitality experience while staying in the Blue Heron Bungalow! The home has a washer & dryer with fragrance-free laundry detergent & dryer sheets for your convenience along with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, mat, and a large beach wagon for your beach trips! The living room features a new 50" LG Smart TV and a double recliner sofa. Log into your Netflix account or view already purchased Amazon Prime movies from ours, and Hulu service providing all local stations (for sports viewing), SEC network, etc. The bedroom has a queen size bed, new Serta memory foam mattress with a memory foam topper, and a large walk-in closet. Wake up each morning to views of the Gulf! The bathroom currently includes a soaker tub and shower. However if you book after Sept 30th the tub is slated to be replaced by a brand new walk-in shower with sliding glass door. The beach is an approximate 4 minute walk or you can enjoy the view while relaxing in rockers on your south-facing deck! Take a leisurely bicycle ride to downtown Long Beach. Bike to the farmers market on Saturday morning, located in the town green! A Weber Spirit grill ready for use! SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, including the deck and breezeway. Only four steps up lead to the connected breezeway. Keyless entry! There are two security cameras outside of the bungalow. This provides a degree of protection for both guests and the owners property and helps verify the occupancy maximum number of two is not being exceeded. We live in the main house but you have the entire separate bungalow, with its own private entrance to yourself. We are readily available for questions, etc! The home is located 750 feet from the beach, on a quiet & tranquil street with friendly beach cottage neighbors. The street is a designated "bike path" so you can jump right on and bike to downtown Long Beach for lunch or just to take in the scenery. If your arriving early and the house is available we will be happy to give you an early check in or try to make arrangements that fit your schedule. Keyless code lock allows for an easy self check-in! The Shower includes a nice, large oval soaker tub that's a bigger step in/step out than a normal tub. Policies: You & your guest must be 27 or older to book the BHB. Main house rules... • Only the 2 guests (or single guest) who are listed on the reservation/booking are allowed to stay in the bungalow. No exceptions. • No Visitors allowed. • No Parties. • No Pets. • NO SMOKING (zero tolerance) policy: No smoking or vaping, and No drugs of any substance is allowed inside NOR on the premises. Smoking is NOT allowed OUTSIDE the bungalow, not on the deck, nor on breezeway area. We reserve the right to charge $150 instant penalty, plus claim for any other extra fees including but not limited to cleaning, damages and future losses if the Bungalow smells of smoke or contains cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and other litter or related damages.
