You will be less than a mile from downtown Jamestown and attractions including The National Comedy Center, Northwest Arena, Lucy Desi Museum. Owner lives on site. Guests have access to a large private porch with seating and a swing. The entire apartment, laundry is located in the basement. You may see me outside or maybe in the basement.
