The space The bedroom includes a double-sized bed, smart TV, dresser drawer, night stand, garment rack, luggage rack, desk, chair, rug. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, stainless steel sink. The TV room includes a sofa, smart TV, books, 2 dining stools and tall dining table. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Guest access This unit is on the garden level of my townhome. Guest must walk down exterior stairs to access the private entrance. Guest has access to the unit, (excluding storage closets) and the lower deck. Other things to note Smoking, burning of candles, incense, herbs or items of any kind on the property is NOT permitted. A valid government issued ID is required. Guest must be able to walk up and down 21 stairs outside. Parking for ONE small car is available in the driveway. The street is on a hill. REQUIRED FOR STAYS OF 13 DAYS OR MORE: In order to maintain the property in good condition, my home cleaners clean the unit every other week.
