Off street parking. The space You can use the common areas, such as the patio, living room, kitchen, and terraces. After 11:00 pm, we would appreciate it if you could lower the volume of your activities so that other guests can rest. The house is quite spacious, so you can enjoy your room in a colonial house just minutes from downtown Guadalajara. Parking is on the street in front of the house. There are no government parking meter fees. Nearby places: Central Vieja, Diana Theater, American Consulate, Historic Center, Chapultepec Avenue, light rail. Guest access The modern neighborhood is quiet, where you will find the Diana Theater, the former convent of Carmen, the city center, the old central, the Chapultepec walkway, markets and important shopping areas, as well as currency exchange houses in case you need it. The house does not have its own parking lot, so parking is on the street, free of government payments. During your stay I will be in touch with you preferably on WhatsApp, since the notifications arrive in a timely manner. Other things to note You should know that the house is shared with other guests. It has two patios, a living room, bathrooms and a kitchen that are shared with other people, so we ask that the areas used be kept clean and tidy. The showers and bathrooms are for common use and can be found in the house's second patio.
