A former German villa from 1920. The first floor of a large room overlooking a meadow under a forest and a rushing mountain river. Excellent location for trips to the mountains to the top of the Great Owl, exploring the surroundings of the largest historical complex of RIESE, as well as practicing sports. Only 10 minutes' drive from us to the ski centre in Rzeczka. We are open to guests of different views, religions without racial prejudices. We invite you! The space The house is located in the SOWIE MOUNTAINS, part of the Sudetes near the Karkonosze Mountains, where you can breathe healthy air, and the rushing Walimka River flows under the window. It is surrounded by rocks and greenery. Forest animals visit us at night. Our water is healthy and unique because it is drawn from a well. There is peace and quiet all around. A safe neighborhood. Guest access I offer access to a rest area in the garden, the possibility of lighting a fire, a place to store sports equipment in the garage. During your stay During your stay, I am available on the property, while ensuring the comfort of the guests' intimacy. Guests also receive keys to the front door and are independent of the hosts. Other things to note It is possible, after prior notification, to pick up guests at the railway station in Wałbrzych. It is also possible to communicate on site to order breakfast.
