Sunkist Studio - Beautiful Views of wine country!

Bright, open floor plan w/ lots of windows & stunning views of rolling hills & live oaks. Enjoy the stars in this country setting conveniently near hwy 101. Please see note on dogs below. We allow SMALL dogs (sorry no cats), must be leashed, non-aggressive, less than 30 pounds, and not left alone in studio. $10 per dog fee. Studio is detached from host residence on property. Enjoy! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space Watch the sunrise over the hills in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea (or sleep in with the curtains closed!). When you return from a day of fun central coast exploration, catch the moonrise over the hills (or catch a movie on netflix), and gaze at the stars. A private entrance and private patio with views for days will have you relaxed in no time! Guest access As this studio is situated near our private residence, guest use/access is limited the the studio and its side patio only. Free parking near the studio. Other things to note - DOGS: guests dogs must be 30lbs or less. We follow this strictly. No aggressive dogs/breeds please - our insurance won’t cover for them. Also, must crate your dog at night (we can provide one). Please never leave dog unattended in room. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Thanks! - As we’re in the country, there’s poison oak along perimeter of the property, so please keep your dog leashed; also note that since this is a country setting, there are sometimes coyotes which can tangle with an unleashed dog (though they are naturally timid around people and will stay away from you). For your protection & ours, we use laundry sanitizer for the bedding/sheets and towels.
