The house is ideal for breaking your routine with your friends and family. Leave the worries outside in this large and peaceful place! We are less than 5km to the center of the city and 1,3km to the "Parque Witeck", the main tourist point in our area. The space Our house is surrounded by greenery. From the front porch, you can watch the sunrise. From the deck in the back, you can watch the sunset. The living room is large and it's together with the dining room. There's a fireplace - wood available during your whole stay. The room is equipped with a SmartTV with streaming access. In addition to the gas stove, the kitchen has a wood-burning stove. You'll find an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue place in the backyard. One of the bedrooms can accommodate two people in single beds or a king-size double bed. The two bathrooms in the house have a gas shower. The outdoor bathroom is connected to the laundry room. Guest access Our entrance is located on the road BR-153. Access to the site is through the property's main gate. This gate is used by residents. The access to the guest house is independent. We have the option of parking a smaller car on the porch. Larger cars are parked in the yard. Other things to note We invite you to observe all the forms of animals that can be found here! It is common to see hares, frogs, turtles... We respect all the animals that live in this green area. We recommend you close the windows of the house in the late afternoon to prevent mosquitoes from entering. We provide insecticide spray, and electric repellents in the rooms.
