The Fallon House: Cottage - Walkable to the Square

Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat. The space Every detail of The Fallon House has been considered—from the coffee table books to the handmade dishes and turkish towels, the space is fit for those who desire a well curated stay over a cookie cutter experience. Stay at home for dinner and enjoy all-new appliances and an updated kitchen, or head out to one of the dozens of unique restaurants around the Square. Mornings are a coffee pods and fresh eggs from my parents’ farm (in the spring/summer or when available). The Fallon House also has a high-speed wifi network, making working from the cottage a breeze. Guest access Every guest will receive a unique access code for the door, which provides a keyless and secure entry! We’re happy to greet you and show you around, but we’re happy for you to show yourself around as well if you so prefer (fellow introverts, we see you!). The city of Denton requires that we can only lodge as many occupants as we have bed space for, which limits our capacity to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. No additional guests will be permitted. Check in is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon advanced request. Please note: there is a doorbell security camera installed for guest safety. Other things to note Nice to meet you, we are Kendall and Michael Fallon! We are college sweethearts, and The Fallon House is our first home together—when we found our home, we knew we wanted to share it with others, and we couldn’t be more delighted by the idea of having guests experience our slice of heaven!
