Overlooking the bay between Pinarello and Saint-Cyprien, it offers exceptional sea views, a heated pool, a hammam, and spacious living areas. Great for families or stays with friends The space A house designed for family vacations Welcome to our family home, nestled on the heights north of Porto-Vecchio, just minutes from Pinarello. Here, everything has been designed to fully enjoy the sweetness of Corsican living: large tables facing the sea, moments of relaxation by the pool, and sunrises that can be admired from the terrace. The house is set on a 2000 m² plot in a quiet and protected environment. On one level, it is organized around a large living room bathed in light, opening onto a large wooden terrace with a sea view that you never get tired of. The open and perfectly equipped kitchen allows you to cook while remaining at the heart of the house's life. The friendly and comfortable living room invites you to share moments, while the dining area facing the sea is perfect for both sunny breakfasts and long summer evenings. At the center of the house, a pleasant patio connects the different spaces and houses a hammam, perfect for a relaxing moment after a day at the beach. Bedrooms The main house has four bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (160 cm) opening onto the terrace and sea view; a bedroom with double bed (140 cm), private shower room (shower and toilet) and sea view; a master suite with private terrace, dressing room, bathroom and toilet; a dormitory bedroom with four single beds, ideal for children. An additional bathroom (shower and toilet) as well as an office/playroom area with TV complete the property. The outdoors A few steps lead to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by wooden decking with deck chairs. Heated in the off-season upon request, it is secured by an electric curtain and an alarm. Near the pool, a separate apartment has two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. A perfect space for teenagers, friends, or grandparents who want to enjoy a little more independence while staying close to the house. It's a house where everyone easily finds their place, between moments of sharing and more intimate spaces, with the sea always as a backdrop. Guest access You can enjoy the whole villa, the garden, the pool is private and the parking is closed Other things to note Cleaning FOR ONE-WEEK STAYS An interim cleaning is possible for €25 per hour.
