The Town of Beech Mountain does not maintain the road all the way to the property, thus snow removal during winter weather is sparse and renters should be prepared for driving on snow. 4 wheel drive and chains are advised if accessing the property during winter weather. Other things to note A starter kit is provided of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and dishwasher soap (if you are staying more than a few days, or have a large group, be sure to bring extras!).
