We offer services at an additional cost, such as the use of the pool heater during the day, the use of A/C in the bedrooms, and a pet fee of $800 per pet. They'll have a good time with family and friends and create great memories of your stay with us! We have 9 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for a total of 10 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The spaces are very spacious. All 9 bedrooms have air conditioning (additional cost per bedroom for your stay if you wish to use it: $100 per bedroom for the duration of your stay). There is a garage for up to 12 cars. The dimensions of the entrance gate from the street to the house are 2.50 meters high by 3.90 meters wide. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and in the main living room. An 8 meters by 12 meters pool, 1.65 meters deep, with a slide included; the garden and the tennis court are at your disposal. We do not allow the installation of tents or inflatables, as these damage the lawn. The pool water is heated to 30 degrees Celsius if you choose this option. We offer top-quality playground equipment for children. It is truly a dream location to spend some spectacular days with your family and/or friends. Please note that Bedrooms 7 to 9 are on the second floor, accessed via stairs located next to the main house's tennis court. If you the huèspedes wish that the pool water is at 30 degrees, ideal temperature to be able to enjoy the pool water, it has a $2500 daily boiler cost per use for its use during the day and is paid in cash arriving at the house, this is optional. You have to let us know beforehand what kind of pet it is, size, how many kilos. Maximum up to 3 small or medium breed pets. We ask you to be very responsible with them, cleaning all their feces both inside and outside the house, gardens, pouring a bucket of water where they pee. DO NOT leave them locked in the bathroom or rooms since they regularly scratch the doors damaging them. All extras are paid in Cash to the manager on the day of your arrival when the house is delivered to you.
