The kitchenette is equipped with tableware, glasses, cups, microwave with hot air/grill, electric kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. Please note there is no sink and no hobs in the kitchenette. 6-8 min walk from Solrød Strand station and center. 1 km to a nice beach. Private parking for car/van (max 3500kg). The washing machine is in my private part of the building, I can offer to wash some clothes. The space The home is located in an older residential area within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants and a nice beach. Private free parking is available. Guest access One part of the house is decorated as a private apartment, where I do not go when there are guests. A shared terrace is available. Other things to note The kitchenette is suitable for heating ready-made meals - not for frying and cooking food, as there is no hood, hobs and sink. The washing machine is not in the apartment, but I can offer to wash clothes in my washing machine.
