Tucked behind the main house at the back of the property, this cozy and serene apartment has a separate entrance, off-street parking, covered patio, efficient kitchen, living area, comfortable bedroom (queen memory foam bed) and full bath. Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! No cleaning fee, minimal checkout instructions. The space This is a legal MIL apartment addition behind the main house (only one wall of the bathroom is shared with the main house, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy). The cozy living area has a lift-top coffee table for a work or eating surface, and a 40" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and other streaming apps. The efficient kitchen has everything you'll need for simple meals (the oven is 24", don't try to fit a family size pizza): cookware, dishware, toaster, microwave, as well as a tea kettle, k-cup brewer and french press. Down the hall is the full bathroom and bedroom with a comfortable queen memory foam mattress, quality linens and warm down comforter. NOTE: For guests' peace of mind we adhere to Airbnb cleaning policies, including washing all linens (including blankets, duvet covers, shower curtains, towels), vacuum and mop all floor surfaces, and disinfect all high touch surfaces between guests. We are a fully Covid-immunized family. Window AC unit can be setup prior to check-in, upon request. Guest access Guests have access to all of the Cougar Hideaway interior, the shared laundry room, and the covered patio. Note: There is alley access and a private parking spot directly in front of your entrance, but it is not recommended for vehicles with low clearance or use in inclement weather (the City does not maintain the alley). Other things to note No parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping of any substances anywhere on the property.
