Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villa Unit P3

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the beach! This beach resort unit is offered only Sunday 3/13/22 - Sun 3/20/22. This is the off-season, so you practically have the beach and the resort to yourself! While COVID-19 has had its impact on the area and some places and amenities may be limited, there are still plenty of things open to see and do. And of course, the beach is wonderful in any weather! The space Called a lockout unit, this fabulous timeshare beach condo is actually 2 units in one. The main unit is the largest with a spacious living area, sliding doors open to a private covered porch, queen Murphy bed, dining area, kitchen, and a queen suite with a 2nd covered porch. The second unit has its own private front entrance, a small living room with kitchenette, sofa sleeper, TV, table/chairs, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. A lockable door separates the units. Guest access There is a manned gate so make sure you keep your parking pass visible on the dash of your vehicle at all times. You have 2 assigned parking spaces for clearly marked P3, and additional guest parking in the parking lot. Other things to note Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas spans twelve acres, is within two blocks of the ocean, and is conveniently located close to all of the OBX attractions. As our guest, all resort amenities and activities offered by the resort, including the golf course, are available to you during your stay (additional fees may apply). You are supplied with linens and a fully-appointed kitchen, but no food. Several restaurants, drug, and grocery stores - including a Super Walmart, are within a 5-minute drive. The weather is usually cool and unpredictable, ranging in temperature from highs in the 80s to lows in the 40s. Best to check the weather and pack accordingly.
