This house is located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway from Caloundra to Mooloolaba. It has everything you need at your fingertips. Minutes drive to lakes, beaches, shops and eateries. Glass House Mountain, Australian Zoo, Tree Top Challenge, and Big Cart Track are about a 20-30 minutes drive. *High standard of cleaning and sanitising The space The house backs onto calm Currimundi Lake. During your stay, you will enjoy watching the stingrays and fish jump out of the water while you are lazing in the sun beside the swimming pool, fishing on your private jetty; or kayaking in the beautiful lake before winding down to the Currimundi beach. - A high chair, and a porta cot, can be provided on request. - Kayaks: You are welcome to use the Kayaks during your stay as long as you are responsible for the safety of your own and anyone on board ( 4 one-size life jackets level 100/100N are provided onsite). Street car park Other things to note To make your stay easy and enjoyable, we happily provide - quality bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Towels, linens including quilt covers are all replaced for every group of guests. - Toiletries including hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion. - Cooking ware: electric frypan, frying pans, high-pressure cooker, rice cooker, wok, air-fryer, bread toaster, steamer, oven and microwave oven - BBQ: 2 burner outside BBQ - Starter coffee, tea, sugar sticks, salt, pepper and oil. - Please put the garbage bin out if you book Monday night. -No smoking. -No pets. The cleaning fee is based on normal cleaning, please keep your kitchen and BBQ clean and bring the rubbish to the garbage bin. An extra cleaning fee of $50 each for the BBQ and kitchen. *NO SCHOOLIES. *NO PARTIES. *NO EXCESSIVE NOISE.
