Villa with three rooms and a kitchen with a waterfront plot just 2 km north of Oskarshamn city center. There is also a small cabin at the jetty with two extra beds. On the other side of the bay is a campsite with a beach and a nice beach bistro with fantastic food and drinks. It takes about 5 minutes to walk around the bay to get there or row over with the boat that is available. The boat also has an outboard motor and with it you can easily get out into the archipelago for day trips with sun and swimming. Conservatory with dining table seating for 8 people. At the jetty next to the water there is a small guest house. Plenty of space for parking on the property. BEDROOM 1 Double bed 180 cm and possibly space for extra bed. 32" TV BEDROOM 2 Sofa bed for 2 persons Desk with 27" computer screen and docking station BEDROOM 3 Small cottage on the property right by the water. Sofa bed for 2 people and possibly space for an extra bed. LIVING ROOM Living room with 2 3-seater sofas, TV and fireplace. Can possibly be furnished with extra beds. BATHROOM Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower cabin and towel dryer. Hairdryer. The heat pump with cooling is located in the living room in the form of an air/air heat pump. The boat Crescent 465 with 20 hp outboard motor and fuel is included in the rental, any damage is paid for by the tenant. Guest access We will only lock the walk-in closet and garage. Guests have full access to the rest of the spaces.
