Approx 15 mins from M4! Bath 2 bed garden flat.

A generous two bedroom flat in Larkhall area of Bath within walking distance of the centre of Bath. The flat has two double bedrooms (one with additional daybed), living room and a shower room. Sadly, there is no kitchen, but plates, cutlery, etc are provided along with milk, bread and butter. A fridge, toaster and kettle are provided, along with a coffee machine! We are a family of four who live above the flat and are on hand if anything is required. The space The flat is the ground floor of our Georgian home. Direct access to the flat is via the front garden. We live on the top two floors of the house and the door between the floors will be locked when guests are staying. NB parking is no longer free. I will cover parking for 2 cars between the check in and check out times- you will need to provide car registrations to me in advance please. Sky, Netflix and Disney plus can be accessed on the tv and good wifi is available. Guest access Outdoor swing and trapeze and a trampoline for children to play on. Parents should supervise 😀 Other things to note There are a few steps up to the front garden and three small steps down to the flat entrance. There is no bath - just a good rain shower! There is a running machine in one of the bedrooms which you are welcome to use. If you wish to park a maximum of 2 cars you will need to provide me with car registrations in advance please. We have a dog but we will keep her out of the front garden while you are staying.
