You will need to purchase toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc from the shop next door. We do not provide these items for your stay. Air b&b will send you check in information including the key safe code 48 hours before arrival this is automatic Internet passwords are on the Wi-Fi info on air b&b and on the welcome sign as you enter the house behind the front door Please make sure all rubbish is taken when you leave and not left at the villa if you leave rubbish we will request a charge from the deposit The clubhouse is great for food and drinks which is just out the back of the villa The spar shop has most things you will need for your stay, this is accessible round the side of the golf club Towels are available for bath and pool but you may need to wash and dry throughout your stay depending on how many guests you have and how much you use them there is not multiple spares Hot water is auto let the tap run for a while if it’s not hot immediately We request you do not use all showers at once, this causes problems with pressure and heat as the villa is very large. Please note this when booking we get a lot of enquires regarding this we cannot control pressure or temperature on the resort. If you use the outside cooking area this MUST be cleaned after use and not left with oils and fats. If this is not cleaned thoroughly, costs will taken from your security deposit Drains sometimes smell in Spain due to the heat, we can’t do anything about it A family car will be on the drive, it’s the owners and cannot be moved. Pool cleaner comes weekly this may be during your stay There is CCTV externally in the villa. Internally there is an intruder camera in the master bedroom. This does not record, it take photographs in the event of the intruder alarm being set off There is a black fob for the alarm, please use this when your out of the property. Set to lock and you’ll hear it stop beeping We have a pool table and darts. If parts are broken, costs will be charge. Please treat these games with care for the next tenants and leave the pool ques, darts in the same condition that you found Please ensure all lights are turned off at night. Especially the outside strobe lights above the pool and the outside lights as it is costly and disturbs the neighbours who complain about the light at night being bright Please ensure you bring outside cushions inside before you leave.
